ready to use
Each one has its own site with downloads, checksums and an honest list of what isn't done.
farm
Builds your project on the other computers in your house and brings the .exe, .app or binary back. I got sick of copying code over to the Windows PC every time I needed an installer. Now it goes over SSH and I stay in my chair.
the chickens keep an eye on the builds.
Gremlin
An AI developer that keeps working after I close the laptop. Local models do the drafting and testing, Claude plans the job and reviews it at the end, and nothing gets merged until I tap approve on my phone.
yes, I fed it after midnight. it's fine.
on the bench
Half-built, being rebuilt, or not ready for other people yet. They'll get links when they are.
- 03a group chat I can't readin testing
End-to-end encrypted chat for my gaming group, with voice, screen share and files. I host it, and I still can't see any of it.
- 04a ticket tracker on a sticky notein testing
Your tickets in the corner of the screen, the whole board one click away. Works offline, and the server is one file.
- 05an applicant trackergetting close
Sits behind the careers form a company already has, so nobody has to rebuild their website to hire.
- 06mailmagikin progress
Mail triage for the Mac, for inboxes that got away from you. The spam filter explains itself.
- 07caniin progress
A spending app where you don't get the final say. Your friends vote before you buy the thing.
house rules
Same for everything with my name on it.
- No account needed. You downloaded it, so it's yours.
- No telemetry, analytics or cookies. This page doesn't load anything from anyone else, either.
- A SHA-256 next to every download, so you can check you got what I built.
- If there's a server, you can run your own.
- I'll tell you what's broken before your computer does. Most of this isn't code-signed yet, and each site says so.
the workshop
Where it all gets built and tested. The server room is a shelf.
- the big pc
- Windows, an RTX 4090 and 96 GB of RAM. Runs the local models and does the heavy lifting.
- the linux box
- A pile of Incus VMs. One has no route back to the host, on purpose.
- the mac
- An M4, mostly so I can build Mac and iPhone apps.
- tailscale
- Ties it together, so nothing's open to the internet that doesn't need to be.
